What to do? Download a pirated version and instead of cracking it, insert the legitimate product key? Is that really the only option? I've literally tried everything I could, but I have not been able to download the 2019 version even though the 2016 version tells me I own the 2019 key. It starts checking for updates for 2 seconds,Īnd then *poof* nothing. When I fill in the product key, it says this: "this product key is meant for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019" with an option to "download this version instead". I did that, and then it says "there is no license detected, please use a different account or use a product key". After that, I log into outlook, and I have to confirm I click the installation file, and there was no prompt for a product key whatsoever. When I click "download now" it downloads perfectly.
